- Rabbi Tovia Singer is well known as the Founder and Director of Outreach Judaism, an international organization dedicated to countering the efforts of fundamentalist Christian groups and cults who specifically target Jews for conversion. As a world renowned public speaker, Rabbi Singer addresses more than 100 audiences a year. Through his stimulating and provocative appearances, Rabbi Singer has been an inspiration to thousands. Lecturing on college campuses and synagogues throughout the country has become an integral part of his work.     Very interesting and valuable point. In my view too using God’s name is as bad as using it in vain. For by doing it people profane His Name. By doing this they make God look unimportant and push some of listeners towards disrespect and even ridicule towards God. For one who curses God is angry and does it as a consequence of personal failure. It is problematic for them but at least they do not profane God’s Name.
